Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at CAN STATES EXPRESS inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
