Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Brewing Operations Manager to lead our diverse team of experienced brewers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety first and quality always, while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of brewers to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety in the brewery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Manage production requirements and staffing/scheduling to ensure production demands are met.
- Drive a culture of safety leadership within the brewing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the brewing industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
- Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dayforce timesheet experience.
- Previous experience leading people in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Brewing process experience.
