Application Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Deployment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in web and telephony applications, coupled with a passion for providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, install, configure, and deploy complex web and telephony applications in diverse environments, including cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
  • Upgrade existing applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot escalated customer issues related to deployed applications.
Technical Qualifications
  • Proficiency in web application technologies, networking protocols, administration tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience with domain environments such as Active Directory or LDAP, SAML2, etc.
  • Understanding of VOIP telephony concepts and principles.
  • Basic scripting skills in Windows and/or Linux environments.
Skills Considered Assets
  • Experience deploying and configuring .NET web applications within a Windows Server environment.
  • Familiarity with virtual machine environments, preferably VMWare.
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Linux administration expertise.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot networked applications effectively.
  • Telephony experience (PBXs, Telco, CTI, Dialogic, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, etc.), including configuration and analysis/troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of automated speech recognition (ASR) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer relations and support skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively address technical challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and assist in resolving complex issues.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Professional certifications relevant to the role are highly valued.
