Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Duck Mountain Motel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals
• Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
• Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support when needed
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Requisition materials and supplies as required

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
