Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Services Manager to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 11-15 years of experience in food services management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The work will involve standing for extended periods and working in a physically demanding environment.
