Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, engineering, and overseeing the implementation of electrical and controls scope of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Developing, deploying, and commissioning PLC code to achieve system functionality requirements.
- Completing estimates for electrical and controls engineering level of effort.
- Performing reviews of complex customers' standards and specifications and other documentation to determine electrical and controls requirements.
- Developing recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Completing the quality process through the execution of complex module, subsystem, and system inspection and test procedures.
- Providing on-call technical support (remote and on-site) on a rotating basis with a team of 24/7 support engineers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision, and have a strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
