  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Oversee safety of operations
  • Direct quality control inspections

  • Oversee production
  • Evaluate daily operations

Supervision:

More than 20 people

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In addition, they will have experience evaluating work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
