Senior Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our digital solution architecture efforts for enterprise projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring agile teams and ensuring the alignment of architectural standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution architecture for complex enterprise projects, ensuring scalability and resilience
  • Advise stakeholders and decision-makers on technical options and strategies
  • Convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Mentor and lead teams in adopting and following agile principles, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle for various projects
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading Solution Architecture
  • 5+ years of experience working as a software architect on complex software solutions in an agile team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.Net, Java, Python
  • 2+ years of experience working with teams that apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches
  • 4+ years of experience leading domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems
