We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Lead to join our team at EBC Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with site superintendents to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and establish effective relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, consultants, and workers
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project progress and report on variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering construction, including bridges, infrastructure, tunneling, water/sewer, and heavy civil construction
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
