Senior Rates Analyst

GrandBridge Energy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rates Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our revenue and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze data to report on revenue, electricity purchases, and customer statistics.
  • Manage regulatory deferral variance accounts and prepare financial schedules for regulatory compliance filings.
  • Provide financial support during regulatory applications and verify the calculation of new rates on customer bills.
  • Drive continuous improvement in revenue and regulatory accounting processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a finance or regulatory role, with a professional accounting designation.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
