">Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
">Job Summary:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include preparing production reports, coordinating schedules, recruiting and hiring staff, and maintaining health and safety standards.

- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records;">
- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers, apprentices, and labourers;">
- Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance evaluations;">
- Maintain health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations;">
- Estimate costs and materials, and monitor project budgets;">
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and equipment requisitioning;">
- Read blueprints and drawings, and communicate design requirements to team members;">
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or management;">
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;">
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required);">
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent;">
- Post-secondary education in a related field (an asset).">
