Electrical Inspection Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Inspection Technical Support Agent to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers and field personnel in the area of electrical inspection, including troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, as well as experience in the electrical inspection industry. They should also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers and field personnel in electrical inspection

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries

Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
