Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Billing Manager to join our team at Apryse. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our billing and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our billing and collections operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of financial operations specialists to ensure the successful execution of billing and collections processes.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our billing and collections systems with our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize our billing and collections processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of billing inquiries and disputes.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our billing and collections processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in billing and collection functions, with experience leading a team and managing international billing and collection operations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
