Compensation

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of $45.00, providing a competitive income for this role. Additionally, overtime pay and benefits such as on-site parking, paid time off, and relocation assistance are available.

About the Role

This position involves assessing resident needs, planning and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and supervising care staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and experience working with dementia patients (an asset).

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule

This is a casual position with varied shifts, including day, evening, night shifts, and on-call duties. Weekends may be required as needed. A valid BCCNM registry number and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
