About the RoleThis position involves assessing resident needs, planning and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and supervising care staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and experience working with dementia patients (an asset).
Qualifications and Requirements- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a casual position with varied shifts, including day, evening, night shifts, and on-call duties. Weekends may be required as needed. A valid BCCNM registry number and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
