We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as an Exercise Rider at Michael P. De Paulo. As an Exercise Rider, you will be responsible for the daily care and exercise of our racehorses, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities- Exercise horses in a safe and controlled environment
- Monitor and report any signs of illness or injury in the horses
- Assist with the daily care of the horses, including feeding, grooming, and cleaning stalls
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and physical stamina
- 3 years of experience in horse care and exercise
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform daily tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Free parking available on site
- On-site housing options for employees
- On-site recreation and activities
- Parking available on site
- Permanent work term with 30 hours per week
- Work language: English
