Job Overview

Korean Farm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate crops on our state-of-the-art vertical farming system to ensure maximum yields and quality.
  • Direct and supervise the activities related to farm feed inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
  • Organize tasks and delegate responsibilities to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the clearing of fields and ensure that all necessary equipment is maintained in good working order.
  • Train farm laborers in seed cutting techniques and other essential skills to enhance their productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Provide expert agricultural services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting, as required.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols to protect employees, customers, and the environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of livestock performance to inform feeding strategies and optimize animal health.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure maximum efficiency and yield.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in farm management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with farm equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of best practices in farm safety and bio-security.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
