About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at MadEva Momma Cleaning Corp. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your independence and self-motivation.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
  • Criminal record check to ensure your suitability for the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.
