Boem Berry Farm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agriculture Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment:
  • Fruit and vegetable combination farming
  • Hot work environment
  • Rural area
