Job Title: Roofing Specialist

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, roofing tiles, and single-ply roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
Work Environment:

The Roofing Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing and renovation
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Team player
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Language:

The language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 40 hours per week.
