Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Supervision Professional to join our team at Concord Apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to optimize resource allocation
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the highest level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational efficiency
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Oracle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
