About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at NC Painting. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and advising consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and conventional spray painting machines.
  • Surface Repair: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, ensuring a seamless finish.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and surface finishing.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in various locations, with a physically demanding workload.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Experience with brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required for this role.
