As a Concrete Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with production, sales, and QC teams to implement quality control initiatives and ensure compliance with industry specifications.< p >< b >Key Responsibilities:< ul style = " list-style-type : disc ;">< li >Safety Performance Objectives : Zero injuries and incidents.< br >< li >Product Performance : Ensure high-quality products that meet customer expectations.< br >< li >Customer Service / Support : Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.< br >< li >Quality Control and Performance : Implement quality control initiatives and monitor product performance.< br >< li >Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues promptly.< br >< li >Cost Management : Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.< br >< li >Quality Policies and Training : Develop and implement quality policies and provide training to staff.< p >< b >Requirements :< ul style = " list-style-type : disc ;">< li >< span style = " background-color : #C4E400 "> Education : Post-secondary education in Civil technology, engineering, or equivalent.< li >< span style = " background-color : #C4E400 "> Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant quality experience.< li >< span style = " background-color : #C4E400 "> Skills : Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of mix designs / concrete testing, segmentation of customers, and ability to communicate effectively.< li >< span style = " background-color : #C4E400 "> Certifications : Valid Driver License required.< p >< b >What We Offer :< ul style = " list-style-type : disc ;">< li >Competitive salary range : $85,000 - $105,000 per year.< li >Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and pension plan contributions.< p >Your total remuneration package will be approximately $100,850 annually.< p >< b >About Lafarge Canada :< p >Lafarge Canada is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable building solutions.
