Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our healthcare workers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
  • Prevent theft, violence, and infraction of rules and regulations.
  • Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team.
  • Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification from a recognized organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and deportment.
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and respond to emergencies under pressure.
  • Discretion when handling confidential and private information.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to pass a security clearance and obtain a security license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and of legal age.
