About the Role

AIM PUMPS & PROCUREMENT INC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Registration: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any errors.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Data Conversion: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
