About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned ERP Implementation Lead to join our team at Gestisoft. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the entire manufacturing ERP implementation journey, from analysis to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage the COQ (cost of quality) to ensure it doesn't exceed 4%
  • Collaborate with clients to set clear ERP implementation targets and guide them through the transformation
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to the consulting team
  • Support user acceptance testing and go-live planning
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing ERP implementations
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central from a manufacturing/operation perspective
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
