Salary Range$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and efficient storage.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality control.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
