Forest View Hospital, a leading psychiatric facility, is seeking a qualified Activity Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health problems in children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic activities to promote physical and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
  • Experience working with psychiatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
