At Vintage Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences for our lounge guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Meet sales goals and maintain a high level of up-selling and sales performance.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to orders rung through the Point of Sale system.
  • Assist with food service and maintain a clean bar area.
  • Manage cash floats and deposits, and settle transactions according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of wine and beverages.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Smart Serve certificate required.
