Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities meet our quality standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Budget and Finances: Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, including tracking expenses and making financial decisions.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
