The Resort Activities Department at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Boathouse Attendant to join our team. This exciting opportunity will have you working alongside a network of empowered individuals with a strong sense of themselves and the hospitality industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Providing exceptional guest service to maximize enjoyment of Lake Louise while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  
• Pre-season set up of the canoe docks and post-season winterization of the boat house and docks, requiring the ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion without supervision.
  
• Delivering rules and basic canoeing instructions for beginners, utilizing your excellent communication skills to educate and engage guests.
  
• Assisting with special events as needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond.
  
• Processing retail purchases at the cash register, leveraging your cash handling experience to provide seamless transactions.
  
• Ensuring canoes are in clean condition, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols.
  
• Compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff alike.
  

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, taking into account the location and demands of the role.
