The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care services.

Estimated Salary: $83,500 - $115,000 per annum

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and job requirements. We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will apply the nursing process to support clients in achieving their optimum level of health within a people-centered approach. You will work with various populations, including acute, transitional, personal care home, primary health care, public health-healthy living, and home care services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

  • Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba/College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses and the scope of practice as defined by the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) certification
  • Trauma Nursing Care Course (TNCC) certification
  • Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
