Job Title: AR & P2P Analyst (18 months contract)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AR & P2P Analyst to join our team at Philip Morris International. As an AR & P2P Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable PMI Principles and Practices for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure RBH compliance with applicable PMI Principles and Practices (P&Ps) for AR and AP related topics.
  • Address and resolve customer billing and payment related issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution, Shared Service Centre AR (SSC), Customer Master Data (CMD), Vendor Master Data (VMD) teams to resolve issues and action items.
  • Execute month- and year-end processes.
  • Perform periodic customer/vendor validation and monitoring activities.

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Basic (intermediate preferred) understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • Intermediate analytical and Excel skills.
  • Able to demonstrate customer centricity.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
