We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager of Operational Resilience at EPCOR Utilities Inc. As a key member of our System Control and Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective resource plans and schedules, ensuring optimal results against performance metrics, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in emergency/disaster management or business continuity will be essential in leading the development and testing of Business Continuity Plans, Emergency Response Plans, and Emergency Operations Plans. You will also serve as the EDTI EMBR Program Lead, working closely with the corporate EMBR Committee and various EDTI departments to ensure program implementation within EDTI and alignment across EPCOR Business Units.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions. Strategic planning skills, with an ability to take an enterprise view on challenges and opportunities, are also essential.
