Master Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Master Craftsman to join our team as a Woodworking Specialist. This role will involve working on various projects, including residential and commercial constructions, requiring a high level of skill and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing layouts in accordance with building codes and regulations using measuring tools.
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Preparation of tenders and quotations.
• Benchmarking and installation of floors, walls, and roof systems.
• Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
• Scheduling and coordinating work on sites.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• One year to less than two years of experience in woodworking or a related field.
• Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, judgment, reliability, teamwork skills, values, and ethics.

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $35,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
