About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable Construction Labourer to join our team at Best Pro Drywall Ltd. as a General Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: The Construction Labourer will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and offices.
