We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super8 Salmon Arm. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities to enhance our cleaning services and recommend additional services to management.

Assist Cleaners and Coordinate Work Activities

Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
