A Day in Your Life
- You will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide top-notch service.
- You will ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be detail-oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
- You will gather loan information.
- You will sell our loan and protection products.
- You will close loans virtually and in person.
- You will follow up on past due customer accounts.
- You will handle cash controls, including taking payments.

Requirements
