About the Role

BrainStation is seeking a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our Education Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and graduates in achieving their career goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement career development strategies to support our students and graduates
  • Collaborate with our global Experience Team to deliver a seamless student experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and companies to support our graduates
  • Identify and promote job opportunities consistent with our students' skill sets
  • Provide coaching and support to our graduates as they navigate the job search process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to position yourself as a subject matter expert in the higher education and digital space

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a customer or client-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach and building prospect lists
  • Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in the technology industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A dedication to providing excellent customer service
