Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pioneer On The Run is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
