Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Richmond Oval location. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal functioning and independence
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • 3-5 years of experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
