About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Houle Electric Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the controls and DDC industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including consultants and engineers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on value-added solutions, consulting offerings, and additional products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and/or strategic sales in the controls and DDC industry
  • Proven technical knowledge of DDC systems, with a preference for Reliable Controls and Schneider
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of growth and success
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
