About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Medicine Physician to join our team at pt Health. As a Sports Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to athletes and individuals with musculoskeletal injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of musculoskeletal injuries and determine suitability for rehabilitation and further consultation.
  • Provide preventative and interventional treatments for clients, including intra-articular Autologous Protein, PRP, Hyaluronic, and Corticosteroid injections.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with allied health practitioners to deliver optimal rehabilitation for athletes of all levels.
  • Develop results-oriented treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.
  • Empower athletes to maximize performance levels and prevent injuries.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine, licensed to practice in Ontario.
  • Diploma in Sports Medicine, a special interest, or other post-graduate training in sports medicine.
  • Registered and in good standing with Ontario's College of Physicians and Surgeons.
  • Registered Chiropractor in Ontario with specialization in Sports Medicine is an asset.
  • Up-to-date personal liability & malpractice insurance.
