Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Trufla Technology Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to grow Trufla's relationship with clients and identify opportunities to improve and grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve client outcomes and drive growth.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology company, marketing agency, or professional services firm.
- Proven track record managing client relationships and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
