About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications to meet their needs.

Technical Requirements Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's goals.

Business Solution Development

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Strategic Advice

Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business decision-making.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.

Technical Expertise

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in business intelligence and data analysis to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows, with experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
