Job Title: Dent Remover and Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Dent Remover and Repairer to join our team at E&Z Optimal Detail & Paintless Dent Repair.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed. They will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to work in a noisy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan repair work to be performed, including hammering out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work in a noisy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 to 40 hours of work per week
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to detail
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
