Job Title: Diesel Technician/Mechanic II

Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy vehicle components.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy vehicle components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and troubleshoot faulty systems and components
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a diesel technician or mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy vehicle components
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 kg and to work at heights.
