Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Floor Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively merchandising and promoting products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
