Regional Sales Development Manager

The Regional Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. This role involves collaborating with dealers to organize promotional activities, identifying conquest opportunities, and introducing a superior product within an established dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence through the USA dealer network.
- Act as a business visitor to inform Sales Managers and Territory representatives at the dealer level.
- Provide support to dealers through trade shows, product presentations, and sales meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers to promote the value-added product.
- Participate in marketing efforts to communicate value-added messages.
Requirements:
- University graduate in business administration or marketing (an advantage).
- A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in Canada and the USA.
- Experience via a dealer network or experience at a dealer (an advantage).
- Knowledge of School Bus or Commercial Bus products or similar products.
- Excellent English communication skills; autonomy.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, professional, and a leader.
