About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT strategy, project management, and business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Main Responsibilities- Business Requirements Definition: Collaborate with business lines to define business requirements, ensuring clear scope and business cases within projects.
- Application Support: Assist business users and technical teams in resolving critical issues related to application support.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between business users, Project Management Office (PMO), and IT technical teams.
- IT Resource Alignment: Ensure that IT resources (people, costs, systems, hardware) are aligned with business needs.
- Solution Design: Create shared vision of respective solutions and facilitate decision-making and arbitration regarding trade-offs within and between different solution platforms.
- IT Innovation: Drive IT innovation, best practices, and cost efficiencies to enhance financial and operational performance of business operations.
- Documentation: Document functional designs for all enhancements and projects.
- Project Execution: Work with technical teams in executing and designing application enhancements and digital projects.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate IT personnel as needed.
- Digital Roadmap: Assist in executing the Digital and IT roadmap.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve work processes with cross-functional teams, analyze activity functioning, identify causes of dysfunctions, and propose corrective measures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in two of three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Order to Cash process, experience with Oracle ERP systems, and familiarity with SAP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, team player, problem-solving, decision-making, and initiative.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
