About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team at Motion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment. You will work directly with clients to understand the issues with their equipment and troubleshoot to solve the problem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment
  • Assess issues with manual and power devices, troubleshoot batteries and functionality, and repair equipment
  • Deliver an exceptional Motion customer experience by prioritizing an empathic, respectful, and friendly customer experience
  • Be flexible and mobile, working 8-hour shifts and traveling to clients' homes and community facilities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment
  • Exposure to using diagnostic tools and power equipment
  • Valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
